Talks at the School - Book Conservation
About
Join us and our Accredited Conservator, Caroline Bendix. Caroline has 40 years' experience, working for major heritage sites and many private and municipal collections. She has been the expert collections advisor at Hawkshead Grammar School since 2021 and oversees all our conservation work on our historic library.
This talk will explore aspects of the history, impact and care of book collections.
Talks will begin at 7:30 for one hour with time for questions. All guests will be able to explore our 2026 exhibitions and see our historic library.
Drinks and nibbles provided.
