Come and join The Conscious Self for a wellness day like no other! Deep in the heart of the forest we will connect to nature and community!

Step into the woods and let your system exhale. Woodland Reset is a calm, nature-led day to ground, breathe and reconnect. We gather among trees and water, move gently, regulate the nervous system, and settle by the fire. It's simple on purpose. Less noise, more presence. You leave clearer, steadier and a little more yourself.

Good to bring

Warm layers, waterproofs, hat and gloves, sturdy footwear, a blanket, a flask, and a small evergreen sprig or written intention to offer to the fire. A journal if you like to reflect.

All levels welcome. Clear guidance, opt-in for every practice, and time to move at your own pace. We adapt to the land and weather so you can drop in, slow down and reset.
