About

Situated in the centre of Allonby that nestles in a sandy bay on the unspoilt Solway Coast. Our beautifully converted 17thC barn cottages are hidden away in a tranquil courtyard. All have original features retained, such as, ancient oak beams and sandstone/cobbled walls.

We offer a total of seven cottages, two are all ground-floor level, and six are dog friendly. There is ample off-road parking.
We are open all year round and short breaks - Friday for 3 nights and Monday for 4 nights are available.

This is an ideal base for touring the Lake District as well as the beautiful Cumbrian coastline.

Free Wifi available. Barley Store, Engine House and Eighteen Byre have dishwashers. Travel cots and highchairs available on request. 6 Dog friendly cottages. Games room with pool table. Cycle hire nearby.

Beach only 250 metres from cottages and we have one of the best coastlines in England for windsurfing. There is a well maintained children's playground, pubs, shop, cafe and take away all within 5 minutes' walk.
