Tripadvisor Traveller Rating
30 reviewsNetherby Hall is a grade II* mansion house just outside Longtown, Carlisle. Bought in 2014 by Gerald and Margo Smith, who have since restored the stable block using original fittings, but incorporated 3 luxury apartments also. There are 9 units of accommodation in total within the 36 acres of beautiful grounds. Almost 1 acre is taken up by the Walled Garden, complete with restored Victorian Glasshouses, and a kitchen garden which provides for our sister Michelin Star restaurant with rooms - Pentonbridge Inn.
Netherby Hall itself is steeped in history, our apartments are modern and fresh, each with their own characteristics which makes them unique. We offer a tranquil, quiet and picturesque environment for you to relax and unwind.
The site and accommodation is also dog friendly, some of the team even bring their four legged friend to work! And if you wish to bring yours, we will ensure they are looked after just as well as you are.
We also hold events throughout the year, including open garden days, an annual car show weekend, craft fairs and classical music concerts.
