About

Function Rooms | 2 Capacity | 120 Bedrooms | 11 In-House Catering? | Yes

Ideally situated between Penrith and Carlisle in the scenic village of Ainstable, Heather Glen Country House Hotel makes the perfect space for your next corporate event, conference, or business meeting.

Our charming 19th-century Cumbrian country house hotel marries together the building’s historic character with modern business facilities. Whether you are hosting a large-scale seminar or an intimate board meeting, we offer two fully equipped conference rooms featuring projector screens, PA facilities, and WiFi throughout. We also have parking for up to 80 cars, as well as an electric car charging point.

We can seat 120 in our Eden View Room, while our more intimate West View Room can welcome 70 guests, in a range of seating options.

Turn your day time meeting into an overnight conference and stay the night. We offer 11 ensuite boutique bedrooms, including accessible and dog friendly rooms, so you can rest knowing everyone will feel comfortable staying with us.

To keep everyone’s energy levels up, we have a team of long standing, dedicated chefs who create delicious food using only the best locally sourced ingredients. We can work alongside you and offer a range of catering options.

As a family run venue, we strive to ensure you have everything you want during your time with us, and our team of friendly staff will happily help you during both the planning and the event itself.
