About

Function Rooms | 3 Capacity | 80 Bedrooms | N/A In-House Catering? | Yes

On the top floor of Rheged near Penrith, with natural light and views across the grass roof towards the Cumbrian fells you'll find three new Meeting Rooms. The Meeting Rooms are beautifully designed as calm, contemporary spaces for brainstorming and creative thinking.

All rooms are equipped with the latest AV and IT technology and high-speed WiFi, the rooms also offer on-hand support from a dedicated meeting host, who can order lunch, print documents, locate spare phone chargers and generally deal with the unexpected. Fresh food is available to book to be delivered to the Meeting Rooms or enjoy a meal in our Cafe. Free parking is available all day outside Rheged.

Rheged is just a few minutes’ drive from J40 off the M6, easily accessible from North, South, East and West, with free parking, making the perfect meeting place for remote workers or teams with multiple office locations.

A Gallery, giant-screen Cinema, Café and shopping venue as well as a meeting place, Rheged offers many different activities to inspire creativity and relax minds.

Pink and Green Rooms

The Pink room can seat 16 people and the Green room seats 14 people. Both come with unlimited tea and speciality locally roasted coffee, freshly brewed at the touch of a button, bean to cup. They also offer natural daylight, all the latest AV technology and a view over Rheged’s grass roof to the Cumbrian fells.

Blue Room

Our larger meeting space seats up to 50 people, has its own breakout area right outside the room offering tea and coffee so you and your team can be treated to hot drinks throughout the day, any time you like. It also offers natural daylight and all the latest AV technology.

Gather

An informal meeting space with no need to book. Our flexible meet and work area situated above our foyer. There are plenty of plug sockets to charge your devices, plus a bean-to-cup coffee machine serving speciality coffee from local roasters Carvetii.
