About

Broadoaks is the hidden gem near Windermere that you’ll be thrilled you found.

Not too far from the beaten path, but just enough to feel like a world away. You will find yourself surrounded by 7-acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and majestic woodland with views across to Windermere. The perfect backdrop to enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea in the Lake District.

The award-winning Michelin recommended kitchen at Broadoaks will not disappoint. Afternoon tea is served in the traditional way on a three-tiered plate with a selection of beautifully handmade cakes and sandwiches, specially prepared by accomplished head chef Sharon.

A real bonus about afternoon tea at Broadoaks is that all dietary requirements are catered for and Sharon will make sure your experience isn't compromised just because you need something a little different.

You also have the option to add a glass of Laurent Perrier House Champagne or Glass of Prosecco, or Pink Sparkling - for those who enjoy the finer things in life.

And being an award-winning dog-friendly hotel, your 4-legged friend is welcome.
