Cumbrian produce with a French Twist
Much of the menu at Broadoaks celebrates local produce from across Lancashire and the Lake District, with a French twist. From a light lunch or afternoon tea to the range of signature dishes, Broadoaks is passionate about the food they produce and always eager to create a memorable fine dining experience for all guests. All dietary requirements are catered for.
The kitchen is headed by accomplished and award-winning executive chef, Sharon Elders. Sharon has worked at several restaurants including Longlands Hotel in Lancaster, The Pines Hotel in Chorley and Lucy’s in Ambleside, and was once Lisa Allen’s boss when the Great British Menu winner was just starting out.
Broadoaks have an appetite for fine things, and the dining experience at there is truly special. Open to bookings non-residents, booking ahead of time is essential.
