Built in the 18th century, The Strands Inn is a traditional Lake District pub in the beautiful Wasdale Valley.
Nestled between Lake District fells, in the peaceful village of Nether Wasdale, expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere as you step inside this cosy spot. Look out for many original features such as log fires and wooden beams, while you choose from a menu full of hearty home cooked food. The Inn also brews its own beer at its very own micro-brewery on-site. Their distillery is another recent edition – you can purchase Strands Dry Gin at the bar.
