Crooklands offers a bespoke wedding celebration that is led by you! We do not currently hold a license for civil ceremonies, but we do specialise in relaxed, informal wedding gatherings that are outside the usual mould. Sketch out your visions with a blank canvas, choosing your own music, decorations, layout and theme.
We have two banqueting suites located on the first floor with views across Westmorland and Lancaster Canal. The Hayloft Suite offers a vaulted ceiling, with original exposed beams, private bar and dance floor. The adjoining Westmorland Suite is a more contemporary alternative, perfect for larger groups. The two suites are interconnecting and can accommodate 120 guests when used together.
On the ground floor we have the intimate Cumbrian Suite, which can accommodate up to 40 guests, with use of a private entrance if required.
The hotel has 31 bedrooms for family or friends travelling from afar or alternatively our luxury 5 bedroomed cottage can accommodate up to 10 people which is a popular option for the bridal party!
