Bespoke Culinary Experience

Relax in front of a roaring fire and savour a specially curated tasting menu at Wordsworth’s own table in Dove Cottage. Sample a true taste of history inspired by the food and drink that the Wordsworths would have enjoyed here 200 years ago, drawn from recipes and recollections found in their manuscripts.

This unique and intimate experience is limited to parties of between two – six people.

The recommended duration is three hours, with flexible scheduling to complement your itinerary, including after-hours visits for complete privacy.

Our bespoke historical tasting menu is adaptable to special dietary requirements.
