About

A delightful, small 16 foot drop mini-waterfall on the banks of the Brathay not far from Ambleside behind the Skelwith Bridge Hotel. If you are walking from or to Elterwater from Skelwith Bridge, it's just off the pathway. In spite of its size, it's dramatic and thunderous after rain and you can get up close to admire the spectacle.
