Join us for an unforgettable weekend of connection, healing and transformation.
The Buffalo is the only animal that charges headfirst into a storm rather than run from it. While other animals turn and flee-prolonging their struggle – the buffalo faces the storm head-on, reaching the other side faster.
That's exactly what we'll be doing this weekend. No more avoiding. It's time to step into your power, confront your fears and break through whatever is holding you back.
The Experience:
We'll explore the past, uncovering what's holding you back. We'll use grounding techniques to help regulate the nervous system and anchor us into the present, and we'll set clear goals for the future. Through breathwork, shadow work, connection exercises, wild swimming, walks in nature and much more, this weekend will guide you back to yourself.
