"A Celebration of Simon & Garfunkel" is a touring acoustic concert by singer-songwriters Tim Chu and Ian Bailey that lovingly revisits the timeless songs of the legendary duo in an intimate, stripped-back setting. Rather than a costume tribute, the show offers their own thoughtful interpretations of Simon & Garfunkel's classic catalogue and more, blending rich vocal harmonies and two guitars to create a warm, nostalgic atmosphere for audiences of all ages.
Drawing on Tim's experience as a session musician across TV, film and radio and Ian's acclaimed songwriting career, the performance invites listeners on a heartfelt journey through beloved hits and hidden gems, celebrating the enduring beauty of one of popular music's most iconic partnerships.
"I went to this gig last night and it was amazing. Phenomenal. Emotional. Just perfect you guys. I said to the guys on the night that I will never hear, or see again, something like it, in my lifetime! So beautiful. Chord changes an utter delight. Velvet vocals. References between pieces perfect! Well done guys!!' H. Roebuck W.Yorks
