An open adult dance class for all abilities. The class will explore moving and connecting with your body. Get moving, feel amazing, and express yourself!

Through working with different Dance Artists/Practitioners, you'll have the chance to develop technique and learn phrases of movement. There will be adaptations to suit your body and dance experience. Plus opportunities to throw yourself into improvisation and create your own movement in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

The sessions will take place in Studio 1.

There are no sessions during half term 25-29 May.

What do I need to bring with me?
Please come ready to dance in comfortable clothes that you can move in, long hair should be tied back and jewellery removed. Bring your own water in a bottle.

About the tutors
Anna Olejnicki began her professional career working as a dancer and choreographer for fashion shows and commercial events. She started working as a dance tutor before founding Hype Dance Company Limited, a dance education company in Sheffield, in 2004. Her work has taken her across the UK, and overseas, including regular work with Olivier/Tony nominee Jennifer Weber (USA), Renegade Dance Theatre (Germany), and The Royal Ballet School here in UK. She is a festival adjudicator for The British and International Federation of Festivals (BIFF) the Theatre Dance Council International (TDCI) and Miss Dance.
