Discover the art of craft distilling in the Gateway to the Lake District, with a guided tour of Pennington's Spirits, an award-winning Lake District distillery based on the outskirts of Kendal.
This behind-the-scenes distillery experience offers visitors the chance to learn how Pennington's small-batch spirits are created, from locally inspired recipes to the distillation and bottling process. During the tour, guests will hear stories from the distillers themselves about the distillery, explore the production space, and enjoy a guided tasting of selected Pennington's spirits, including gin, vodka, rum, and their iconic liqueurs too.
Perfect for visitors looking for unique things to do in the Lake District, the tour provides an authentic insight into one of Cumbria's few independent craft distillers and is ideal for couples, groups, and anyone interested in local food and drink experiences.
