Dates & Times: Thursday 18th June, 6-7pm

What to Bring: Bring your swimwear & towels – footwear also recommended for entry into the water
Facilities: Access to our Health Club changing rooms, and our beautiful river location. Plus, post-dip access to our Health Club facilities such as our pool, sauna and jacuzzi*!
Cost: £20 per person, per session

About Karen:

Karen's Wild Swimming Company is one of the UK's longest established, safest, open water guide teams. Established in '98, they have been happily supporting adventure seekers ever since as swim guides, event organisers and consultants.

Qswim Adventure has successfully guided many hundreds of solo and relay swimmers up and down the UK's lakes, Lochs and Channels. As one of the UK's original Marathon Swim Guiding Team they've developed a reputation for professionalism, safety and for helping swimmers achieve their dreams.

We're listed as 'Channel Swimming Association' Approved guides, are on the Outdoor Swimmer list for qualified coaches and are British Long Distance Association observers.
