More from Ashley on this event –
Nestled deep within acres of forest under the majestic Langdale Pikes, we'll leave the world behind and disappear into a magical festive wonderland.
This is a very special, relaxing, creative workshop where you'll learn & make with hands-on teaching techniques, guided by Ashley stage by stage.
So, whether this is your 7th time or first, you're guaranteed to go home with something that warms the cockles of you and all those that come visiting this festive month.
You'll create a fresh, luxurious, wild and whimsical wreath to brighten up your door, give as the ultimate Christmas gift or even use as a table centrepiece as Ashley shows you how to adapt your design to be a truly multifunctional piece of beauty made by your very own hands.
Made with an abundance of stunning, scented, sustainably grown fresh British foliage and festive florals and finished with seasonal dried elements, ribbons and all on a handmade base of Cumbria-grown willow.
Your wreath will be 100% compostable; you can also reuse the base for years to come, inspired by the seasons, as taught in the workshop.
Treat yourself or a loved one to a very special, indulgent, fully immersive three hours spent elbow deep in nature and play.
In a world of unnecessary excess - especially at Christmas - our zero plastic, zero airmiles, zero chemicals workshop promises you'll let go of all the usual guilt & stress this time brings & instead truly relax surrounded by seasonal scent & local bounty.
All materials and tools are provided; comfortable shoes and clothes are recommended as you'll be standing and moving in this fully immersive sensory workshop.
All equipment provided
Includes a glass of warm mulled wine and a mince pie
Participants must be over 16 +. (*12-16 year olds may attend if accompanied by an adult.)
