9 cosy and stylish rooms take inspiration from the "Debatable Lands" of England and Scotland, with room names from  Border Reivers clans',  infamous for raiding and marauding their neighbours. Our bedrooms reflect the stunning landscape surrounding the Inn, with soft organic tones and hints of natural textures such as wood, slate, tweed, and tartan for the highest levels of comfort and style.

There are touches of indulgence to make your stay as special as possible, including flowers from the Netherby Hall gardens to fluffy towels and a welcome treat from our kitchen ready for your arrival.

​4 of our 9 rooms have the added luxury of a large bath as well as a walk-in shower. And for those with four-legged friends our barn rooms Maxwell, Armestronge and Rutledge are serviced with dog bed, bowls and treats.

Dine and Stay

Our Dine and Stay package includes your evening meal from our 8-course menu and one of our cozy rooms. Wake up to perfect poached eggs, with local tea and coffee. Select your table time when booking online, or our reception team will contact you to book your table reservation.
