About

Sunnyside Guest House is located in the picturesque town of Keswick and just a short walk from the town center, Derwentwater and Theatre by the Lake. Sunnyside is adult only and offers seven quality rooms - 3 Double Rooms, 2 Twin Rooms and 2 Single Rooms. Although all are beautifully decorated and equipped there are two levels of comfort - standard and premium rooms – premium rooms are slightly larger with larger beds and facilities such as robes and slippers. All the rooms have a very high standard of cleanliness and guests love the attention to detail and little touches. The aim is for you to feel like you’re the first person to stay in your room; it will be warm, clean and fresh.

A major benefit is that Sunnyside offers safe, off street car parking and has an electric vehicle charging point. Sunnyside is run by its owners Nicky and Paul and provides Bed & Breakfast accommodation using local Cumbrian supplies. Sunnyside has a large, comfortable and relaxing guest lounge with complimentary John Watts filter coffee, a selection of teas and a well stocked bar.
