Zeffirellis hosts an award-winning vegetarian restaurant, a daytime café, a jazz bar on the second floor of the restaurant, and a cinema.
Zeffirellis restaurant was established more than 40 years ago and has since then been a firm favourite for both locals and visitors alike. We offer a varied Italian themed pizza and pasta menu and use the best ingredients that are always cooked with passion and presented with more than just a hint of flair. Our restaurant also caters for vegan and gluten-free diets.
Zeffirellis café and balcony is a popular meeting place. Located on one of the main streets of Ambleside, it is the perfect place for enjoying the lively atmosphere of our beautiful village. The café is open daily from 10 am for coffee and cakes, and from 11.30 am for lunch.
We also offer a takeaway service with collection from the restaurant seven days a week.
