Also know as Fairy Glen, Galleny Falls is to be found near Stonethwaite in Borrowdale. Just take a walk for a few 100 yards up the clear waters of Langstrath Beck to find the lower pool, a perfect spot for relaxing and paddling on a hot summer's day.Then climb just above Galleny's collection of quite large and shallow river pools and small falls, to a tree and fern-clad area of outstanding beauty.
