You are here: Home > Things to Do > Guided Walks with Mountain Journeys
The Lake District is the home of mountain walking here in the UK and offers a long and illustrious history to back this up. In the modern era Wainwright has popularised this pastime through his beautifully presented books. We offer a wide range of day walks to suit all aspirations. From short walks along valley bottoms or around lake shores, to lesser known mountain routes on the smaller and bigger mountains, right up to the likes of Scafell Pike and Helvellyn or even multiple summits. We will endeavour to build a route to best suit you.
We’ve been looking after people in the mountains for 15+ years, so rest assured you’re in safe hands.
