We are a small, family run artisan bakery based in the centre of Maryport. We bake everything at our bakery and sell it on site. We bake and sell a range of sourdough breads, traditional Italin Garlic & Rosemary focaccia, Soda bread, white tea cakes, white sandwich loavers, baguettes, cinnamon buns, a broad range of cakes including brownies, sticky toffee pudding, ginger bread. All our sourdough is slow fermented with no preservatives or chemicals. All we include is flour/water/salt and all are fermented for 24-48 hours using organic flours.
