Come along to this fabulous stargazing opportunity at the Alston Moor Observatory on Saturday 25 October, 6pm to 9pm. It is a combination of themed talks, and (weather permitting) stargazing.
There will be talks and a stargazing opportunity at a truly dark site in the South Tyne Valley in the North Pennines. As well as access to the observatory telescope you can also use binoculars and enjoy indoors presentations.
This event is aimed at amateur astronomers over 14 years. If you are aged 14 to 17 you must be accompanied by an adult.
