Make a Memory Bear Workshop

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on day creating your very own Memory Bear, lovingly guided by Monkey Tales. Over six hours, you'll learn how to turn precious items of clothing into a beautiful keepsake to treasure or gift.

This is a small workshop (maximum 6 people) held in our community space, so you'll get plenty of support, time, and encouragement as you sew.

Please bring your own sewing machine if you have one. And please make sure your sewing machine is in working order — ready to sew, with a needle, bobbin, and the basics set up.
If you don't, just let us know when you book – we can lend you one.

No previous bear-making experience needed. You'll just need to be comfortable using a sewing machine. Just bring the clothing you want to use, come along, enjoy the day and leave with something truly special.
