George Hardy is a shepherd who loves to read murder mysteries to his sheep, never suspecting that they can understand him.
When George is found dead under mysterious circumstances, the sheep decide to solve the crime themselves, even if it means leaving their meadow for the first time and facing the fact that the human world isn't as simple as it appears in books.
This is a Silver Screening
Make the most of your bus pass and spend the morning with us enjoying a brilliant film.
These screenings are completely relaxed with the house lights kept on at a low level and subtitles to make it easy to follow. We want to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible; there's no expectation to sit still and quietly during the screening you can pop in and out when you need to stretch your legs, grab a drink or snack or nip to the loo and there will be an interval to give you a proper break.
Our cafe will be open so you can take your time and enjoy a hot drink and a tasty snack before and after the screening or grab something to take in with you.
We've designed the times of the screening to fit with the 1/1A bus timetable and the times where you can get free travel with your bus pass. All screenings start at 11:00 so you can get the bus that arrives at 09:51 or 10:29, you just need to ask for the Rosehill Theatre stop. However, if you'd prefer to drive, we have ample free parking available with accessible bays near the door.
We'd like to thank Axiom for their support and sponsorship to help us make this series of daytime screenings possible, but we also need your help to keep events like this going. If you're able, advanced bookings are encouraged but we welcome walk-ins.
