Set in the popular village of Coniston, with local pubs, independent shops and friendly cafes on the doorstep, Springbank Cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the beauty of the Lake District. The cottage’s luxurious interior and impeccably landscaped, enclosed garden, make it the perfect anyone visiting the Lakes.
With spectacular walks from the door including Coniston Old Man and Coppermines Waterfalls plus the shores of Coniston Water being just a short walk away Springbank Cottage is perfectly situated to enjoy a Lake District holiday. Those looking for adventure will also find ample storage for bikes and SUPs.
If you're looking for a holiday from driving then the large, gated driveway is ideal to park up to 3 cars for the entirety of your break. Water sports, hiking and cycling trails can be accessed straight from the door. At the end of the day guests can relax and unwind in the comfy sofas, or soak your muscles in the luxurious bath – bliss!
Inside Springbank Cottage guests will find an entrance hallway, utility room, downstairs W.C. and spacious kitchen and dining room with complete with Miele fridge and dishwasher, large Rangemaster induction cooker, microwave, and DAB radio. A sunny sitting room with log-burning stove and views on to the garden completes the downstairs.
Upstairs are two en suite bedrooms with king-size beds with Herdy mattresses.
Outside an enclosed garden, unusually spacious for a village cottage complete with patio area, lawn and planting.
