The Coppermines & Lakes Cottages are a long-established, independent, local agency based in Coniston, The Lake District.

We offer a beautiful selection of hand-picked, self-catering cottages in the South Lakes area for short breaks, full weeks and longer.

Our unique cottages include mountain, lake, country & village holiday homes, of quality & character. We also have a selection of hot tub cottages for truly relaxing Lake District breaks.

We have cottages to suit all tastes and pockets, from rustic hideaways to luxury 5 star home from homes and from quirky character cottages with beams & log fires to stylish, waterside accommodation.

The jewel in our crown is our spectacular Mountain Cottages. Perched high in Coppermines Valley amongst mountain peaks, waterfalls and crags they offer an exceptional location for a break in the Lakes.

We offer accommodation for 2 – 22 guests, prefect for everyone from couples and families to friends and groups. Most of our cottages are dog-friendly too! Come for a weekend, a midweek break a full week or longer. It all starts by choosing your dates.
