334 reviewsWoodclose Park is located in the beautiful Lune Valley on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Lake District National Park, is just a short distance away.
Set within nine acres, Woodclose is a quiet and serene park providing the ideal holiday base from which to explore the surrounding areas. There is an abundance of walking and cycling routes right on the doorstep, just waiting to be discovered. A short walk from the park is the medieval arches of Devil’s Bridge, the River Lune, and Kirkby Lonsdale. A charming market town, Kirkby Lonsdale welcomes visitors to shop, dine and relax in one of its many independent establishments.
Also within the vicinity are Ingleton Falls, Wensleydale Cheese Factory, and White Scar Caves.
‘Treetops’ is a one-bedroom, dog-friendly self-catering apartment at Woodclose Park. The apartment has an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area for two additional guests. To the exterior, there is a patio area and car parking space.

Woodclose Caravan Park is 6 miles via the A65 from Junction 36 of the M6 (14 miles via A683 from Junction 34), and no more than ½ mile from the market town of Kirkby Lonsdale.
The nearest railway station is Oxenholme, 11.4miles or Ribblehead, 12.3miles.
Mainline connections from Carlisle and Lancaster connect to services including London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Glasgow. Taxis are available at the station.
Bus - the bus would drop you off in Kirkby Lonsdale town centre which is 0.8 miles from Woodclose and a taxi could be pre-booked to bring you the rest of the way.
