The Mail Exchange

Looking for a unique venue? Whether it’s a wedding your planning, conference, party or dinner our Mail Exchange is the perfect flexible space that’s sure to wow your guests.

Based in one of Carlisle’s most celebrated Edwardian buildings and with 5 star accommodation on site the mail exchange boasts many original features including a high apex ceiling and original ironwork.

Our distinct interior décor includes a “Cumbrian Silver Birch tree wall” and works by locally acclaimed artist Derek Eland both. The flexible space can be divided into two and is suitable for functions for 40 guests up to 400.
