Guided by Bonnie, this immersive experience begins with intention setting and gentle breathwork before you settle onto a float in the pool. As the crystal bowls are played, their sound and resonance travels across the water, creating a deeply relaxing soundscape designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage a sense of balance and wellbeing.

As the session comes to a close, you'll enjoy an oracle card reading and a calming cup of chamomile tea, giving you time to reflect, reset, and gently return to the present moment.
