Winter into Spring – Green Door Artists
7 January – 12 April 2026
As winter moves into spring we begin to feel and see the northern hemisphere reawakening. It's a time for us all to enjoy new life, new opportunities and the repeating of life cycles. It's a time to watch those small, miraculous transitions of nature as the world unfurls and moves we humans from one new moment in time to the next.
This extensive exhibition by Green Door Artists shares a host of creative possibilities with you, the viewer. Our artists have created a body of work ranging from traditional paintings of winter and expressive spring scenes through to adventurous abstract artwork and 3D pieces that explore life, hope and change. Winter Into Spring is the exhibition with which to start your year.
Green Door Artists is a collective of nearly 100 artists based in the south lakes and surrounding areas. As you will see from this exhibition our members are a diverse selection of artists working in many different mediums and styles.
