Stained Glass Workshop with Annette McMillan
£70 plus £15 on the day for materials
Learn the traditional art of stained-glass panel making in this hands-on workshop with Annette McMillan. You will learn how to cut glass from a pattern, lead the pieces together, solder the joints, and clean and finish your beautiful creation to take home.
Choose from 4 or 5 different patterns, along with a wide selection of coloured and textured glass to bring your design to life. All tools and equipment will be provided.
Please note that working with stained glass can be physical and messy and requires reasonable dexterity and strength in the hands. Much of the workshop takes place while standing at a table, so please feel free to contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Please wear old clothes or bring an apron, along with sturdy shoes (no open-toed sandals or shoes). Working with lead is not advised whilst pregnant or breastfeeding.
