It features some favorite Blue Smoke on the Bay dishes and puts them into a beautiful taster plate served on a 4 tier skillet stand. Enjoy loaded nachos, toasted brisket sandwiches, wood-fired strawberries, flamed lemon meringue pie and lots of wood-fired treats.

The 3 metre long double wood-fired grill is the centrepiece of Blue Smoke, the restaurant becomes a sensory haven with an open kitchen and chef interaction. Cooking over hot embers is a traditional cooking method which creates unforgettable flavours in aged steaks, meats, fish and vegetables. Our chefs create a portfolio of flavours by using sustainable British woods such as elder, birch and oak; on special occasions we use imported olive wood.
