For some, a holiday means a break away from everything. The daily routine, work, the diet and the workouts can wait until you get home and now is the time to relax. For others the daily exercise regime is a way of life and an essential requirement when it comes to booking a trip.

Fortunately, in the Lake District, Cumbria, there is the perfect accommodation to meet every need. If you are looking to continue your gym routine whilst staying with us, there are a selection of hotels that are fully equipped for the perfect work out.

Many of our hotels offer gym facilities as a complimentary extra. Often the gyms are part of a spa complex offering treatments and massages to make your trip a truly relaxing break.
