Swinside is a beautiful and exceptionally spacious duplex apartment for four, perfectly positioned at the front of the estate's Grade II listed Victorian house.
The elegant sitting room enjoys sweeping views across the main lawn towards Swinside Hill and the dramatic summit of Causey Pike beyond. Large windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness throughout.
Primarily set on the first floor, the apartment immediately feels grand as you step through the front door into a welcoming hallway with impressive high ceilings. The generous principal bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and ample space to unwind. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table provides a bright and sociable setting for meals, with large windows continuing the light-filled feel found throughout the apartment.
Also on the first floor is a spacious house bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath. A staircase leads to the second bedroom, which can be arranged as either twin beds or a super king. The apartment’s generous proportions make it ideal for two couples sharing or families with older children who appreciate having their own space.
Guests staying in the apartments also enjoy access to the estate’s many acres of gardens, offering plenty of peaceful spots to sit, relax and enjoy a drink or alfresco meal during the warmer months.
