Rosetrees is a stunning six-bedroom, six-bathroom Victorian residence set on the picturesque shores of Derwentwater.
This spacious home retains many of its original features, which add to its timeless charm and elegance. A magical sweeping staircase winds its way through the house, linking the many rooms and enhancing its enchanting character.
There is ample space to gather and socialise, whether in the large living room, formal dining room or the basement entertainment room. Alternatively, you can retreat and unwind in one of the luxurious ensuite bedrooms.
For those keen to explore the great outdoors, the property features a practical boot room for storing outdoor gear, while a utility room off the kitchen provides plenty of additional storage.
Outside, Rosetrees boasts a generous garden with seating and a built-in BBQ, making it the perfect setting for memorable gatherings with family and friends. Guests also enjoy quick access to the estate’s private lakeshore, ideal for swimming, paddleboarding or simply soaking up the tranquil surroundings.
Whether you are admiring the breathtaking lake views, discovering the home’s historic features or relaxing in the expansive garden, Rosetrees offers an exceptional setting for creating lasting memories.
During our quieter season, Rosetrees can be hired at a reduced occupancy. This option includes three ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, along with access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and boot room. Please email us for pricing and availability.
