About

Keepers Cottage was lovingly rebuilt in 2016 and now offers stylish four-bedroom accommodation with spectacular views of the surrounding fells.

Step through the front door into a practical boot room — ideal for kicking off muddy boots and drying off your four-legged friends after a day exploring. From there, the cottage opens into a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. At its heart is a striking double-sided wood burner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that can be enjoyed from both sides of the room.

Upstairs, you’ll find one beautifully appointed en-suite bedroom. The remaining bedrooms are located on the ground floor and include a further en-suite room, along with two twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom — offering flexible accommodation for families and groups.

Outside, a generous lawned garden provides plenty of space for games and relaxation, complete with outdoor seating and a built-in barbecue for memorable evenings together. With the lake, playground, and squirrel hide just a short stroll away, Keepers Cottage is perfectly placed for guests of all ages to enjoy.
