Beautiful natural slate products from England's last working mine. Forces of nature formed this rugged corner of the lake district over 450 million years ago – its legacy today is honister green slate. With quality unique and bespoke gifts that last a lifetime, we have something for everyone, gifts that will be truly treasured, perfect for those people who are hard to buy for.

A superb selection of housewares, accessories and custom designed gifts, all made from this most beautiful of natural products. Slate has been mined here at Honister Slate Mine for centuries…from occupying Romans to ancient Monks and Victorian pioneers. Working 11 miles of underground tunnels, we preserve an expertise and appreciation for Honister Green Slate, using ancient techniques to make truly unique contemporary products.
