How will it benefit my organisation?
Outdoor development provides a level of challenge and complexity that reflects the business environment. Presenting problems that need real solutions and creating learning that can be transferred back to the workplace. We take people out of their regular environment and routines and challenge them with different ways of thinking and problem solving.
Facilitated outdoor activities provide challenges which take people out of their comfort zone. This breaks down barriers, improves communication, trust and helps increase confidence, motivation and self esteem.
Where will the course take place?
Each program is run in the stunning landscape of the Lake District National Park - providing a magical playground for outdoor adventure and learning.
What will it involve?
We start with the end in mind and ask what it is you would like to see different upon your teams return to the workplace. From there we can work on a program to achieve your aims.
Each program provides a mix of adventurous activities with periods of review, reflection and feedback to enable each individual to explore and relate their learning from the experience. Our courses are run by experienced facilitators and instructors.
Our activities take place in various locations around the Lake District National Park. For many of the activities there is a choice of suitable locations.
All our Development Training programmes are bespoke to the organisations that we work with. A member of our team will work with you to design a course or event that suits both your objectives and budget.
We can also help source or advise you on accommodation and conference rooms.
