- The Quiet Site is a family-run site situated in a secluded position amongst the stunning fells that overlook Lake Ullswater. This is a superbly maintained and very picturesque site, and there are many beautiful walks that you can start from right outside the Quiet Site and numerous activities and attractions a very short drive away.

- 3 luxury wood and canvas glamping yurts, with electricity, full size king beds and log burning stoves. They have access to a shared eco toilet and hot woodland shower. The yurts are situated right on the banks of our river, in a riverside woodland in the grounds of the Black Swan. They are all fully furnished with king beds, antique furniture and quality country loveliness. Each of the yurts are unique in design and have access to a shared outdoor shower and toilet facility. All amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities are provided as well as breakfast at the hotel itself. There is no electricity outside but you are welcome to charge electronics in the hotel.
